We start by capturing the quantities (takeoffs) needed for each work task. Once the building plan takeoffs are completed, we then generate trade dedicated reports accordingly. Each report has multiple line items associated by the specific work task performed. Each dedicated line item includes quantities, material, labor and combined material and labor. As a bonus for example, our estimate reports can be used as a budgeting tool. Material – quantities (lengths, heights, square feet, lineal feet etc). Dollar cost per unit and dollar cost total.

Labor – Production rates, man hours per unit, total man hours, labor dollars per unit, total labor dollars. Material and labor dollars combined and per unit. Each “budget sheet” report also includes separate line items for material markup, sales tax on material, supervision, equipment rental, mobilization, overhead and profit.

Reports are generated on MS Excel spreadsheets so they can be edited by the customer as needed. Each report is trade dedicated, detailed and loaded with significant information.

On account that every job varies, cost is predicated on job size, scope and complexity. Consequently every job is quoted. All pricing is based on Arizona material and labor costs making your building cost estimate by CTE your best value.

Turn around time.

Every job varies in size, scope of work, complexity and our work load at the time. It is virtually impossible to give a turn around time without reviewing the project drawings. Projects typically are turned around in (5) business days or less depending on the size, scope and complexity.

How to receive a quote

1 – Email your electronic drawings, location or website where the drawings may be downloaded from. In addition, a user name and password if required. Likewise, the scope of work required along with the bid date.

2 – Receive our quotation regarding the cost.

3 – Once approved, email back to us, our quote with the signature of your companies procurement officer indicating you would like us to proceed.

4 – Make the partial payment noted on the invoice letting us get started on your project. Payments can be made via PayPal or credit/debit cards.

5 – After we complete generating your report(s) / material list(s), make the balance payment noted on the invoice letting us release and email your reports to you. Payments can be made via PayPal or credit/debit cards.

6 – Receive our editable MS Excel spreadsheet reports(s) or material takeoff(s) via email.
