Services

Provide us with a project name, bid date, scope of work, drawings and specifications and we do the takeoffs. Freeing up more of your valuable time to run your business, supplement your existing estimating staff or outsourcing all of your estimating. Drawings can be mailed on CD or hard copy, emailed in PDF or Tiff format (preferred).

Unit based material quantities (square and lineal footage) - no pricing or labor. Hard cost bid data. We generate the material takeoff for each trade by CSI division on a detailed Excel "budget sheet, you provide material and labor pricing.
All of the above plus including material and labor pricing, labor production rates and man hours per line item per trade by CSI division on an Excel "budget" sheet.

Material and labor pricing based on project zip code unless otherwise requested and based on our proprietary modified R.S. Means historical data in units and or assembly cost pricing.

Budget/Concept Estimates - CSI divisions 2 through 16.

All of the above plus including material and labor pricing, labor production rates and man hours per line item per trade by CSI division on an Excel "budget" sheet. Valuable for analyzing costs for ground up projects for all trades. Cost factors based on the latest R. S. Means databases

Our Reports

Drawings and takeoffs are electronically digitized or manually calculated from hard copies of drawings. Screenshots of digitized takeoff available to back-check and verify quantities/footages.

Our standard takeoff/pricing reports are MS Excel spreadsheet based, trade dedicated, line itemed and customer editable. Samples available. We can also use your current company format (Excel only & supplied by customer) if preferred.

Material - Quantities (lgths, hts, sq ft, lin ft, ea). Dollar cost per unit and dollar cost total when ordered.

Labor - Production rates, man hours per unit, total man hours, labor dollars per unit, total labor dollars, material and labor combined total dollars and dollars per unit. Each budget sheet also includes separate line items for material markup, sales tax on materials, supervision, equipment rental, mobilization, overhead and profit. Budget sheets can also be customized to fit your specific needs as required.

All work quoted per job or billed at $40.00 per hour.

2 and 3D. Residential design and detailing, revising or modifying your cad files. Call for information. All work done on contract or hourly basis. All fees quoted per job or billed at $40.00 per hour.
